A failing NVMe device in one storage node slowed requests for 34 minutes. Traffic moved to a healthy node; the device has been replaced and the wear alarm threshold lowered.

Control panel logins failing
A session-store upgrade rejected existing cookies for 11 minutes. We rolled back within the hour and sessions are now migrated in place rather than invalidated.

Nightly snapshots for 6% of sites completed up to three hours behind schedule after a queue backlog. No data was lost and queue capacity has since been doubled.
